EDUCATION

The Academic Program at Maritime Hockey Academy follows the curriculum guidelines put forth by the Nova Scotia Department of Education.  In addition to the approved curriculum, students will receive instruction in mental, physical and emotional techniques used by elite athletes. Students will study methods used to enhance character development and examine examples of character in sports. All of the teachers at Maritime Hockey Academy are certified to teach in Canada and have advanced degrees. Our caring and experienced staff places a high priority on learning and academic achievement. Our small class sizes guarantee individual attention and we encourage all of our students to reach their full academic potential.
