Maritime Hockey Academy is pleased to announce that we will be hosting three skill development sessions at Cole Harbour Place on February 20th, March 27th and May 8th, 2009.
The focus of these camps is to introduce players to our program and allow them to experience our high-tempo, skill driven sessions. Focus will be on the fundamental skills of skating, puck control, passing and shooting. We will also incorporate our MHA model into the sessions to teach, practice and apply these skills in game situations.
- Focus on individual offensive skill development
- Hockey Curriculum developed by experts in the area of skill acquisition
- Development of ‘hockey sense’ through the use of small area games
- Goaltender specific skill development in each session
- Teach players to think the game
Cost for the sessions are $30.00 each.
